NWEA and DIBELS Testing Next Week

Students will be testing next week starting 1/12/26. To set up your child up for success, make sure that they have lots of sleep at night and eat a healthy breakfast in the morning. If your child misses their breakfast at home, we provide free breakfast here at school.

Hayes Happenings!

The school news is a completely student-led operation. They work hard creating and putting together content each week! They analyze and critique each episode as a class on Mondays and aim to improve each week. Thank you for supporting and encouraging our students. Here is a link for this week's episode.

International Night 2026

Save the Date! Grand Ledge Public Schools is excited to host International Night on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 4–8 p.m. at Beagle Middle School. This free, family-friendly event will celebrate cultures from around the world with interactive displays, food, performances, and a fashion show. All families and community members are welcome to attend. This is a save the date announcement—a link to sign up to participate will be sent out in the beginning of February. We look forward to celebrating our community’s rich cultural diversity together!

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

The Hayes/Beagle PTO is making things happen for our students, and we’d love for you to be part of it! There’s no cost to join—just an opportunity to connect, stay informed, and support the programs and events that make our schools great.

Want a say in how fundraising dollars support students? Looking for a fun way to give back? We need volunteers for dances, field trips, teacher appreciation, and more—whether you have an hour or a whole afternoon, every bit helps!

Join us and see how you can make a difference!

The next meeting is on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the Beagle Media Center.
